Spring Fever

Air New Zealand’s in-flight magazine is a bloody good rag. Kia Ora is there for travel inspiration, interviews with interesting people, holiday tips, things to do, clothes to wear, and of course, food to cook (and what to cook it in!). It’s brilliant if you have a short haul flight, your headphones don’t work, or you’re sick of looking at a screen! Talk about a captive audience. And this month, Biroix Dutch Ovens are immortalized in ink on their pages.
