Our Story
It all began at Rachel’s dining table in 2019. Sitting there one day, watching her kids give dinner a Jackson Pollock makeover she mused; “You know what this scene needs? More colour.”
Clearly not fazed at getting her hands dirty, Rachel set out to create a line of statement cookware – pieces to show off, pieces that make cooking a joy, pieces that (like her children’s dinner) are art.
And that’s exactly what she did. Bold, bright and colourful, a Biroix Dutch Oven makes any dish, any kitchen, any dinner table stand out.
Let’s not forget that 4 young kids call Rachel, Mum. For Rachel, time is precious and cooking often can’t afford to be. That is why Biroix is easy to use, easy to clean and is made with quality materials so it lasts a lifetime (and survives budding artists).
The Biroix range includes enameled cast iron Dutch Ovens in 4 vibrant colours. However, the rainbow won’t stop there, and neither will the cookware! New colours and new pieces are on the horizon.
That’s a bit about us. We’re a female-founded and operated business, working out of beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand, and we look forward to adding a splash of colour to your cooking.
